Hey, I’m Kelsey.

I'm a product designer living in Shanghai, currently working at ByteDance where I craft AI music technology into customer-facing experiences.

Background Story

Design always fascinates me with its endless possibilities and simplicity. It also challenges me to creatively resolve complex problems, making it an intellectually rewarding field.

During my undergraduate study at the University of Hong Kong, a class project walked me through the human-centered design process and I enjoyed it so much. From there, I’m fortunate enough to pursue a further degree and start my design career.

Thanks to my background in sociology and business management, I’m able to balance UX best practices and concrete business needs to deliver delightful experiences.
